A deposit of the first day tariff or a Visa or Mastercard is required for a confirmed reservation.
Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be responsible for the full reservation tariff and will receive a refund (less $20 cancellation fee) only if the room can be rented.
Room rates include double occupancy and a full breakfast. Reduced rates are available for long-term stays.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is permitted only on the front porch or in the garden. We are sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM (unless prior arrangements have been made). Cash, personal checks, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.

The lakeside village of Pentwater, Michigan is a century-old port on the east shore of Lake Michigan, just 45 minutes north of Muskegon on US 31, only 15 minutes south of Ludington
